摘要

Highly ordered TiO2 nanotube arrays (TNAs) codoped with V and N weresynthesized by electrochemical anodization in association with hydrothermaltreatment. The samples were characterized by field emission scanning electronmicroscopy, X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Thephotocurrent and photocatalytic activity of codoped TiO2 nanotube arrays wereinvestigated under visible light irradiation. Moreover, the production ofhydroxyl radicals on the surface of visible light-irradiated samples isdetected by a photoluminescence technique using terephthalic acid (TA) as aprobe molecule. It was found that the V+N co-doped TiO2 nanotube arrays showedremarkably enhanced photocurrent and photocatalytic activity than undopedsample due to the V and N codoping.
